We work in Italy and Europe with the largest multinational corporations in the fields of telecommunications and mobile phones, banking/insurance, consultancy, pharmaceuticals, beauty care, food and beverages, and services.
We also work with smaller companies headed by enlightened leaders.
Our coaches all come from a corporate and business background and most have occupied significant leadership positions in their former organisations.
They are all members of the International Coach Federation and observe its code of ethics.
All the Senior Associate Coaches hold PCC (Professional Certified Coach) or MCC (Master Certified Coach) certification.
Our Associate Coaches come from the most important international trainings in coaching.
