Leadership Culture® Leadership Culture is a process whose goal is to measure the leadership culture in an organisation. The Leadership Culture process asks participants to describe how people are currently acting on leadership aspects of their collective roles.
Strategic Direction® Through Strategic Direction®, management is helped to identify the behaviour needed to create a culture aligned with company strategy. This is the first critical step in management development. This tool makes it possible to select the template of the leadership aspects and related behaviour that are right for the organisation.
Cultural Transformation Tools® To understand people's individual values, those currently attributed to the organisation and those desired. This is a valuable instrument to allow the company to understand dysfunctional organisational behaviour and to co-create a new set of values to achieve strategic objectives and re-align the leaders' values with the rest of company staff. Cultural Transformation Tools is valuable in beginning the cultural transformation of the organisation and greater cohesion in the leadership team.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) The Myers-Briggs assessment is one of the tools most used in organisations to understand individual differences and to discover new ways of working and interacting with others. MBTI helps to develop individual and team performance.
Leadership 360°® The Leadership 360° questionnaire offers managers high-impact and confidential information on the way their superior, colleagues and direct staff perceive his leadership behaviour. The feedback helps managers to identify development objectives, creates a practical plan for reaching them and for putting the plan into action.
Survey of Influence Effectiveness® The Survey of Influence Effectiveness is a 360° multidimensional assessment that identifies in what way a person influences others through the comparison of self-perception with the perception of others. The report offers a clear picture of the most effective modes of influence and identifies areas for development.
PERSONAL DIRECTION
Personal Direction© Personal Direction© offers the bases for career development and for a personal development plan, and makes it possible to receive feedback on where the participant sees himself in the most significant areas of life and suggests ideas that the participant can take into account when evaluating and reviewing his current professional and personal choices and the opportunities for change. In conclusion, it helps to create a structure to be used to develop new strategies and at the same time reinforce what has already been achieved.
