The choice ICF has made to chose Giovanna to head this organization confirms her high professional and ethic profile, but it also testifies her contribution to the development of a culture of coaching in Italy and worldwide. This contribution was given day by day through a number of projects implemented in business organizations which chose to be supported by top class professionals.
"I'll be facing big challenges and I want to confront them using my strategic skills, my heart and integrity. ICF is really reaching unprecedented standards and I feel honoured to have the opportunity to represent it in these years of deep change", commented newly-nominated President Elect Giovanna D'Alessio.
