Life Coach Lab celebrates its 10° anniversary and invites top managers and HR directors to an extraordinary event.
Building Capacity for Sustainable Transformations
Life Coach Lab has designed an extraordinary event to discuss and deepen tolls and best practices of organizational culture transformation, a key process to overcome the adaptive challenges of our times. The opportunity for the event is the celebration of Life Coach Lab’s 10° anniversary and it’s transformation from Italian Coaching Company to International Organizational Development firm.
The Keynote speaker is Richard Barrett author of “Building a Values-Driven Organization: A Whole System Approach to Cultural Transformation” and creator of the internationally recognized Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) currently being used in 60 countries to support more than 3,000 organizations and leaders in their transformational journeys and that Life Coach Lab adopted as preferred cultural diagnostic in its transformation initiatives.
Giovanna D’Alessio, CEO of Life Coach Lab and Past President of International Coach Federation will introduce the event.
The programme, delivered in English, includes other break-out sessions:
- “A new leadership paradigm to foster organizational transformation” – to understand from success stories which qualities and competences are required for leaders who want to generate deep and sustainable transformations;
- “Creating a coaching culture” – to discover from companies that developed a pool of internal coaches, best practices and challenges to create internal resources to support change;
- “Facilitating transformation with mind, heart and soul” – to have a deeper understanding of what does it mean to work in a transformational way as coaches and facilitator.
The programme terminates at 4.30 pm, but for those wishing to keep reflecting on transformations and to network with colleagues of other organizations, at 6.30 pm you can join a visit to a local cellar for wine tasting and a “Wine and Spirit Dinner”.
The event is dedicated exclusively to HR Directors and Top Managers and the cost is 600,00 + IVA.
The wine tasting and the Wine and Spirit dinner are complimentary.
