The International Coaching Conference of the ICF was held from October 31st to November 3rd in Long Beach, California. This is the most important international coaching appointment, when coaches from around the world meet up to debate, share, grow and anticipate market trends.
Giovanna spoke on November 3rd on the theme she is passionate about, conscious leadership: "From Coaching to the transformation of the leadership culture in organisations". Giovanna used the success case of American Express to introduce the concept of transformational coaching and supporting leaders move through the various levels of organisational and leadership consciousness. An opportunity to share the mission of her company Life Coach Lab: "To make the difference in the evolution of humanity, inspiring and being models of conscious leadership in the world".
