To work together with our clients to facilitate more profound self-awareness that can accompany the transformation of limiting mindsets and behaviour into mindsets and behaviour of the maximum effectiveness. To attract and retain the best potential master coaches and to develop them through to the highest steps of their personal and professional growth so that they can serve their clients and humanity to the best.
Values
What is important for us? We are convinced that the key to creating a great organisation is intense focus on the values that guide the way people act. Life Coach Lab is founded on a set of values and guiding principles that we have all chosen together and that are the basis of every decision we make. We make sure that these values are shared, supported and put into action by all our Associate Coaches and Facilitators in every aspect of our organisation. If you meet any of us who does not honour these value, remind us of the responsibilities we have assumed.

Integrity We try to act day in and day out with honesty and respect for all other people. We act in line with what we think, feel, say and with ethical and behavioural codes that we have decided to follow. We honour our values and act on the basis of them, even when this can jeopardise a business opportunity. It is important for us to be fair in the decisions we make, especially when these decisions can have an impact on other human beings. In our own interactions and with our colleagues, clients and contacts, we are committed to responding creatively - always evaluating facts and not prejudices - and to avoiding misunderstandings.
Passion for evolution Our passion for the evolution of humanity helps us to grasp the next step for our and our coachee's growth. We invite ourselves and others to explore new territories in a pro-active and enterprising manner. We are aware that we cannot take anyone beyond the frontiers we have explored ourselves and this drives us to stay on a path of continuous learning and evolution. We like to maintain and fuel people's passion and energy through an open welcome, continuous feedback and feedforward, and a general aptitude for mentorship, especially for our younger Associates.
Humbleness We know that we do not know, and this is why we try to never take ourselves seriously and do not allow personal or professional arrogance to be a brake on our evolution. We are always open to new discoveries, to learn from anyone and we strive to look at the world through the eyes of a beginner. Questioning ourselves is something we do every day.
Excellence
We seek excellence through continuous learning and improvement, in order to provide the highest possible value to our external and internal customers. We strive to continually develop our programmes and services. We constantly monitor, measure and evaluate the results of our coaching and corporate initiatives to inform improvements in the impact and quality of what we offer. We assume the responsibility of proposing only initiatives for whose positive impact we are certain and we choose not to put ourselves at the service of a client if we are not convinced that we can support in the best way possible. We adopt the processes, structure and tools needed to manage our work to the best and we do not make promises that cannot be kept.
Trust We create relations based on trust, which we foster on various levels. We communicate, give and receive feedback honestly and openly and we believe that everyone starts out with good intentions. We foster a transparent exchange of expectations and we undertake to use a profound level of listening with our coachees, avoiding prejudices, criticism and limits. To create settings where trust can develop, we are willing to make ourselves vulnerable even without reciprocity.
Fun We believe that there is no learning without enjoyment and this is why we value lightness, the capacity to not take oneself seriously and a sense of humour. Our language is informal, simple and welcoming. We like to be irreverent and to break rules when this is useful: the best insights and innovations appear when one has the capacity and courage to take on challenges and think out of the box. We undertake to maintain a balance between work and private life and to encourage this balance in our clients.
