Our approach in coaching, training and facilitation draw on ontological models, transpersonal psychology, emotional intelligence and adult learning, quantum mechanics and eastern philosophies, to facilitate transformation and improve personal effectiveness.
We give equal emphasis to "doing" and "being", using the Double Star Conversation Model developed by Life Coach Lab, which includes both the situational and the transformational aspect. The coachee's experience is that of a transformational journey that transcends the acquisition of capacities, tools and knowledge, allowing profound personal, intellectual and professional development.
Our approach is focused holistically on reaching greater awareness of oneself and an ecological and lasting transformation of mind-sets and behaviour. We tackle each person's various realms: physical, cognitive, emotional, spiritual and interpersonal.
This enables us to discover, together with the coachee, the factors that underlie their behavioural imprinting, to then accompany them in coaching towards a more extensive and conscious behavioural repertory, to thus improve personal and professional effectiveness.
The coachees and participants in our workshops and training sessions are stimulated to pose questions about their own mindsets and prejudices, are inspired to look beyond their frames of reference and to move out of their comfort zone.
