Stefano Petti is the new Partner & Managing Director of Life Coach Lab, a global organizational development firm with 60+ Associates in three continents.

Stefano started his professional career in London working for ENI Group and moved back to Italy in 2000 where he took on senior roles in the financial industry within various divisions of the French Group Société Générale.

Since 2002 he works primarily as executive coach and he supports leaders and managers, largely within multinational contexts, who are engaged in transformational and change initiatives, areas that he is particularly passionate about. 

Stefano is also involved as a senior trainer in coaching training programmes aimed at professional coaches and internal coaches within organizations and he’s engaged in leadership development and team effectiveness programmes with a strong focus on anchoring the element of individual and team growth to their actual business context. 

After graduating in Business Economics in Italy, Stefano specialized in International Marketing and Finance in Sweden and in 2000 he was awarded a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in London. His coaching training includes advanced courses as Professional Coach with Coach U and Corporate Coach U, Colorado (USA) and he is certified by R. Barret and Associates on CTT (Cultural Transformation Tools). 

Stefano is an ICF (International Coach Federation) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), former member of the ICF European Leaders Group, former member of the Executive Committee of ICF Italy and co-founder of a no-profit association for the organization of Cultural Events.
