The Life Coach Lab - The Campus trainers are all ICF certified coaches who work as Personal or Corporate Coaches in innovative projects in Italy and Europe. So they know what they are talking about!

2. You have access to the most interesting coaching cases and projects 

Our trainers will bring into the classroom real coaching cases and will share with you the lessons drawn from the most interesting coaching initiatives in the Italian and European market. Giovanna D'Alessio has presented the Nokia Italia and American Express cases at various Italian conferences on coaching run by the Federazione Italiana Coach as well as at the ICF International Coaching Conference in Long Beach in 2007.

3.You have access to an up-to-date syllabus at the highest levels 

Our programme is not static. Every year, in the light of the Faculty's professional experience and continuous learning, we update the study programme and are never happy until we are certain we can offer the best to our course participants.

4. Experience many ways of learning 

In our courses you will be able to coach and receive coaching from colleagues (these coaching hours count as pro-bono coaching for ICF certification), to plan coaching initiatives, to receive coaching from the trainers, to work on some areas of your life to "upgrade" it, to experience new points of view and to leave your comfort zone. It's difficult to get bored in our courses.

5. You are prepared for ICF certification

 Our course syllabuses are designed to develop the coaching competencies needed to tackle the ICF certification exams. We also offer programmes to prepare for the ICF exams for those who are not attending our courses.

 We believe that learning is more effective with practice. Already on the second classroom day of the course you will be invited to test yourself as a coach both in the classroom, where you will be asked to coach your colleagues, and outside the course. We will invite and support you to have some coachees with whom to work even before the end of the course.

Our programmes include support to help you define your market niche, your positioning and marketing activities to launch your career.
