Act as a coach or be one
It is not enough to "act" as a coach. Successful coaches "are" profoundly and continuously coaches. The techniques and competencies can be acquired but one's own behaviour, mental models and certain human qualities of the coach are part of a way of being and are innate and/or the result of a profound transformation process.
This is why our courses also envisage personal development paths, which enable participants to reflect on some areas of their own life and to create actions to "upgrade" their own context. In addition, our courses can be defined as transformation laboratories, in which the participants are constantly stimulated to question their own mindsets and prejudices, are inspired to look beyond their frames of reference and leave their own comfort zone.
