ICF international certification

For us, ICF certification is the natural goal for all coaches who take the profession seriously.
The philosophy that underlies the entire path of Professional Coaching Mastery (PCM) is that of accompanying students towards the maximum level of international certification (MCC).
The courses that are part of PCM are aligned with the fundamental coaching competencies of the ICF and enable access, even individually, to the various levels of certification:
Coaching Start Up enables access to ACC certification
Coaching Pro enables access to PCC certification
Coaching Excel enables access to MCC certification

Even after the courses, we offer students the support needed to prepare for the ICF "Portfolio" certification with specific programmes:

• Professional Growth - ACC
• Professional Growth - PCC
• Professional Growth - MCC

The ICF Portfolio certification course envisages that, after having sent the documentation to the ICF proving the qualifications required, the certification examination is conducted directly with two ICF assessors, one of which Italian, in Italian.

Our trainers are all certified ICF coaches at least at the PCC level. The Director of school, Giovanna D'Alessio, was one of the first Italian coaches to have received MCC certification.

Life Coach Lab - The Campus certification

Our professional standards are very rigorous and we expect our students to learn, test and commit themselves to their best to show their competency.

We have thus created a further certification path that offers candidates:

• the possibility of obtaining specific certification on the use of the Life Coach Lab Double Star Coaching Conversation Model;
• the possibility of seeing their profile published on The Campus site;
• the possibility of demonstrating excellence in the profession and seeing it recognised by all those, individuals and companies, that know the professionalism of Life Coach Lab.
