In the difficult search for professional coaches who meet the rigorous criteria defined internally, Life Coach Lab felt the need to create a training path in line with its high professional and ethical standards and values.
This led to the foundation of The Campus, which cannot be defined a coaching school, but a laboratory of transformation for professional and aspiring coaches.

Life Coach Lab is the first coaching company founded in Italy and probably the only Italian one to operate across Europe. Today with a team of about 15 people, Life Coach Lab works alongside the top management of the most important multinationals, in Italy and Europe, that operate in a variety of markets: consultancy, banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, mobile telephones, services, and beauty products. Executive Coaching, team coaching, leadership development and cultural transformation initiatives are our fundamental activities.
