Who Would benefit from the Course 

• Experienced coaches wishing to renew their practice and work at a deeper level with their clients.
• Graduates from other coach training schools.
• Anyone who believes, as we do, that only if you walk a path of self transformation you can powerfully assist others to do the same.

Pre requisites 

• Hold a PCC or an MCC credential, or
• Have attended a previous coach training program of at least 125 hours and performed at least 500 documented client coaching hours.

Course objectives 

The program aims at offering PCC and MCC level coaches the opportunity to experience a personal and professional transformati on as the foundation for developing the ability to perform transformational coaching at mastery level. Participants are guided in a self reflective, emotionally intense, life-changing journey where they personally experience transformational coaching frameworks and models before applying them with clients. The result is a program that transcends the acquisition of capacities, tools and knowledge, by allowing profound personal, emotional, intellectual and professional development.

During the program, participants will:

1) Experience a personal and professional transformational journey;

2) Expand their self awareness and their ability to transform mindsets and paradigms;

3) Develop a powerful presence and ability to access states of consciousness that enable transformation;

4) Learn and apply transformational frameworks and models;

5) Learn and apply the "Double Star" coaching conversation model; Deepen the coaching core competences of Active Listening, Powerful questions, Creating Awareness, and Creating trust at the level required to enable profound shifts in clients.

6) Complete the CCE hours required to renew their PCC or MCC credential.

Structure of the course 

The course is structured over 6 intense days, from Sunday to Friday. The arrival at the location is on Saturday May 19^th at 7,00 pm.

To secure continuous learning and implementation of the insights, participants have the option to apply for a teleclass-based mentoring program including 7 hours of group mentor coaching and 3 hours of individual mentoring.

Our trainers 

Trainers of the course are:

• Giovanna D’Alessio, MCC, Italian, founder and Chief Executive Coach of Life Coach Lab.
• Nadjeschda Taranczewski, MCC, German, Associate Executive Coach of Life Coach Lab and Facilitator of Transformation.

Continuing education credits 

This program is approved for 51 Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEUs) by the International Coach Federation. This program fulfills the CCE renewal requirement in its entirety. The breakdown of the credits is 40 Core Competency Credits and 11 Other Skills and Tools Credits.

Duration 

6 class days (from Sunday to Friday). Requested arrival: Saturday evening.
