Our goals The core business of Life Coach Lab is coaching and leadership development in the corporate world. It is this arena that we measure ourselves, where we define our professional standards and receive our gratification.
This enables us to run The Campus not as our only economic resource (it represents no more than 15% of our turnover) but as a laboratory in which to develop the future generation of professional coaches.
This is why we can afford to have a limited number of students in our classes, we can make a careful selection of participants and their motivations to have a standard basic level of preparation and experience and to make our students feel they are in a professional circle right from the first day.
A "laboratory" approach
We appreciate and give value to theory, but we know that there is no profound learning without experimentation. Our courses provide considerable practice in coaching and constant and significant feedback is given. We ask that between one class and the next, course participants perform a series of coaching activities and sessions both with colleagues (peer coaching) and real coachees.
During our courses, participants will be accompanied on a voyage of personal transformation that transcends the acquisition of capacities, instruments and knowledge, but that enables deep personal, intellectual and professional development.
A unique model of coaching conversation
The course introduces the Double Star Coaching Conversation Model, created on the basis of the experience of Giovanna D'Alessio with hundreds of coachees. The Double Star Coaching Conversation Model is the first in Italy that combines the situational coaching approach with the traditional coaching models, from John Withmore to CTI and Coach U, with a transformational aspect.
Open to all influences and on-going learning
We are convinced that coaching as a profession is continually influenced by many professional areas. Some of these are:

- Leadership and development
- Quantistic mechanics
- Eastern philosophies
- Emotional intelligence
- Our approach takes into account all these areas and we encourage students to broaden knowledge that can enrich their coaching.
- We have constant discussions with colleagues in other areas and of different nationalities to be able to update our methods and courses all the time.
Open to an international market
Life Coach Lab and the trainers of The Campus work on company coaching projects in Italy and Europe in the world's most important corporations. We have Associate Coaches in various European countries and we work regularly with international coaching companies and with colleagues of many nationalities. This enables us to always be open to the opportunities of an international market, ready to grasp new trends and to present to our students the best that exists in the world of coaching.
