His client's are mostly companies in Europe and North America in diverse industries such as Automotive Suppliers, Services, Consulting, Software and Hardware.

Neumeyer has worked as an intercultural professional throughout his career.

More than 15 years executive experience, including 7 years as CEO in the US and Canada has given him exposure to dozens of countries and hands-on experience with three international acquisitions that involved five cultures.

Franz, a citizen of the US and Germany who earned a degree in automotive engineering has been involved in business coaching for more than 15 years and is coaching in English and German.

His results-driven coaching approach integrates elements of psychology, whole systems change and energetic principles. He focuses on individual and cultural beliefs as change initiators.

He is married, has two children and enjoys reading, outdoor sports and the merger of spirituality and modern science.

Franz acts as an Assessor for ACC-ICF coaches, leads the ICF chapter in Munich and has been invited to speak at several US and European coaching conferences. He believes that business can and must be a force for positive social change.
