Nadjeschda has a Masters Degree in Psychology which specialised in both the clinical and organisational aspects of applied Psychology. 

She professionally trained with CoachU (USA) and CoachingDevelopment (London) and has been trained by Dr. Don Beck in Spiral Dynamics, Dr. David Cooperrider in Appreciative Inquiry and by McKinsey&Company as a ‘facilitator of transformation'. Nadjeschda is a member of The International Coach Federation (ICF) and is accredited through the ICF as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

Nadjeschda is a skilled workshop facilitator in topics such as communication, Appreciative Inquiry and EQ. She is licensed by CoachInc. as a ‘Coaching Clinic' facilitator and translated the Coaching Clinic into German. In her coaching of leaders across different industries she focuses on building introspection, communication skills, emotional intelligence, problem solving skills and empathy, while supporting leaders to build their own peer-networks with other leaders within their organization.

In her one-on-one coaching Nadjeschda is specialized on telephone coaching clients who work and travel across the world. She frequently introduces The Birkman Method® (www.birkman.com) into her client work with individuals as well as teams to help them gain clarity about their needs, strengths and stress behaviours and thus enable them to reach their full potential.
