Tom is as an entrepreneur and visionary person at heart. His background lies within ownership, leader and manager of his own business over the last 25 years. He re-orientated his life, after a meeting with Thomas Leonard, founder of Coach U in 1999. Tom is a graduate of Coach U, USA and a Certified Ontological Coach. His focus now is solidly placed within the profession of coaching and its ancillary services.

The common theme in Tom's private and professional life lay within the dynamics of human endeavour, with a focus on continuous education and improvement, within himself and within that of others.

Tom is the immediate past president of the International Coach Federation Irish Chapter, and now sits on the finance committee of ICF global, and holds the designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC), the first in Ireland to achieve this level. In the broad context of coaching, Tom's expertise is within the ontological model, and has recently become the first certified ontological coach in Europe through Newfield Network.

Today, Tom concentrates on the development of leaders, entrepreneurs, internal group performance and cultural dynamics.
